A Little Intro
Joseph Derris Polite
Founder & Executive Administrator
Created the nonprofit as I saw a need and an opportunity to help my community and others like it to truly galvanize our youth in a productive as well as a way I would have wanted when I was younger. A way that allowed for collaborative efforts and open-minded engagement about how to better the community. One that could teach how to truly partner with the city in a lasting an effective way to build pipelines into civil service and corporate readiness. Basically a way to take what I learned from my travels and teach instilling the mantra of “Each One Teach One”.
